How to make Coffee Raw Bars with Honey and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

(For 6 bars of 65g each)


1 cup - Rolled Oats (72g)

1 ½ cup - pitted Dates 185g)

¼ cup - Coffee Flour (25g)

¼ cup - Peanut Butter (75g)

¼ cup - Honey (50g)

½ tsp. - Vanilla Extract (3g)

Pinch of Salt (3g)

 


Directions


- Blend rolled oats in a food processor for about 30 seconds until the oats turned into an oat flour.

- Add all the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend everything together for 1 to 2 minutes.

- Put the blended mix into the bowl and form it into the one consistent dough.

- Shape the dough into a long loaf and put it into the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.

- Remove from the freezer and cut into bars with a sharp knife.
