Ingredients
(For 8 bars of 55g each)
2 cup - Pitted Dates (295 g)
½ cup - Peanuts (30 g)
½ cup - Almonds (40 g)
⅓ cup - Coffee Flour (45 g)
¼ cup - Cacao (35 g)
2 Tbsp. - Oat Milk (20 g)
Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Chopped the dates very fine with a sharp knife.
- Ground the nuts in the food processing.
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix them with a spoon. Add the dates and nuts and mix everything together.
- Knead the dough with your hands until consistent.
- Form a long loaf and cut into bars with a sharp knife.
