KAFFIBRE® is an upcycled fibre-rich flour derived from spent coffee grounds. It is gluten-free, low in fat, and rich in proteins, insoluble dietary fibres, and potassium.

KAFFIBRE® is a versatile ingredient suitable for a wide range of products, and especially for gluten-free, high-fibre and high-protein recipes. The flavour profile comprises nutty and chocolate notes, and although KAFFIBRE® comes from coffee, its coffee taste is very subtle.
